Business Development Executive / Business Support Officer

We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Business Development Executive / Business Support Officer to support business growth and client expansion across our operations.

This role sits within the Business Support function and reports directly to a Manager, working closely with senior leadership to develop new opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue performance.

Role Overview

• Reporting to: Manager
• Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: £35,000 per annum
• Career level: Manager > Business Support Officers

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Negotiating contracts, pricing and commercial terms
• Creating and managing sales strategies, pipelines and forecasts
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Working closely with directors on growth and expansion plans
• Tracking performance against revenue targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development, account management, or sales support
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Analytical mindset with confidence working to targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with management and directors
